I'm playing CSS since I'm a kid, mostly with a nosteam account back in time. I started to play ze with a real steam account around 2015/2016. Some of you might (or not) have seen me on Unloze, GFL or N4A. I took a huge break (~3 years) around 2019 and came back during 2023. You will need minimun of 72h of connection time (3 days) It was long, it was fun but it's done Needs a minimun of 1+ players and 3+ admins to get approved + Lead admins will have the final word. Hopfully I will get the approbation, we will see. I know that Tex will give me a -1 since I'm french ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) (maybe that wasn't a good idea to say that I'm french) Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? I think I can bring a decent admin experience to the team. I have a very good knowledge about admin/staff behavior, I know a lot of maps I might have forgot some of them since I took a break but the muscle memory are still there. For me what is important is mostly respect between players and also staff members. And a good map's diversity would be better Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin? I'm an admin since 2015 on Unloze, I started at the bottom as a trial admin and became a "Senior Admin" which is the equivalent of Lead Server Admin or Server Manager depending on the stuff you guys do. Basically we were managing recruitment, drama between admins or between players and participating in discussion about big server changes. I also had FTP access, so I was able to create/modify and add strippers, add/remove skins, add maps, add adminroom location, add items to entwatch, that was very basic and since I don't have a huge source knowledge I never tried to create a useful plugin. I also was an Event Manager, I think I don't have to explain that since you guys have the same role here. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server? Well I already tell a lot about my ze virtual career hehe So about IRL stuff, I mostly play during daytime since I'm working from home most of the time. Sometimes I also play during NA time when I don't manage to sleep, that's how I accidently end up during Tex Birtdhay event and the wonderfull map randomizer. (I thought that I would die) And since I'm playing and working my connection can change, sometimes I can play the whole day and sometimes I can just join, play one map and leave. Imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him how will you deal with that? I will spec him to be sure, and if my suspicions are correct I will ban him accordingly with the rules. Which is a 3 day ban that can be extended if the player re-use his aimbot. I can ask fellow admin if I have a doubt, but I think I have enough knowledge to spot an aimbot when I see one.

Mistake can happen even from an experienced admin, we are not robots, we can misjudge situation without abusing admin power. Also I'm talking about an admin sitting ducks doing nothing, not even asking another admin for help or information.

I totally agree with you Glory, which is rare ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) But on a serious note, I noticed this kind of behavior as well from some admins that just sitting in spec doing nothing. And since they are on the server you can't use the calladmin command to call a "real" admin that can do their job. I know that being an admin is voluntary, but since it's voluntary that mean nobody forced you to become one. If you're lazy or tired to be admin just step down and become a normal player the experience will be the same trust me. I'd rather see admins make mistakes and apologize/discuss why they did that, than do nothing. I saw trial admin saying that they are scared to be demoted by doing the wrong thing... (Doing a mistake is not the same as abusing)

Hello, I'm reopening this topic Because it seems like I have another issue... I wanted to increase my VIP duration before it was expired. But I noticed that my steam profile wasn't showing up : So I checked in my profile to see if it was still linked to my forum account. Seems like something is wrong: I unlinked my steam account and linked it again But I still have this weird message. So I thought that my account was still linked and the message error was something else I bought 1 month VIP, that is showing correctly in the Donation dashboard: But when I join in game it seems like I didn't received my VIP : It should be at least 30d. @ .Rushaway Help please

Transfering an item to help to beat a map that as been played twice in a day and also being overextended isn't an abuse? Even if an abuse isn't that bad doesn't mean it shouldn't be reported.
